For clarification, I made a mistake with the picture, the Etchell featured is sail no 108 called “Pensive Temptress” but isn’t! The other boat is a National Swallow, which was the boat which was chosen for the 1948 Olympics, I have added captions to the pics.
If anyone has a pic of “Pensive Temptress” sailing I would love to see it !
I’m confused (not by the article), but by it being illustrated with pictures of Etchells.
