A great shame of sailing in the South East is the drive through the traffic to the Club. For most of us it’s feature of our sailing day. I drive 45-50 miles each way, so it’s a very big deal with the M25 being how it is.
Generally it is good to check the internet for traffic reports and I was delighted today to be sent a link to http://www.frixo.com which I had not seen before. It’s for all UK A Roads and Motorways apparently. For the Datchet sailors I have included a useful set of links (M25 clockwise, anticlockwise, M4 Eastbound, M40 Southbound) half way down the right hand side of this page…. for us all to try out. Give it a go and let me know what you think? Do you know a better tool that you use and recommend??
